The Dollyrots Tour Comes to a Smashing End!

The Dollyrots played the Sanctuary in Hamtramck last Saturday night for the the final night of their tour. Unfortunately, I got to the show late, missed Bathroom of the Future and caught only the end of the Boreouts but I can guarantee you, I'll catch both of them soon! The Dollyrots have been playing Hamtramck for the past several years so they know the crowd and area well. Their set covered songs from their beginnings, 20 years ago to their latest album, Night Owls. The songs were fast, crunchy and awesome. They told tales of their youth in Florida in between songs. Toward the end of their show they brought their kids on stage for yoyo tricks and jokes, then, the Boreouts joined them on stage on stage for their last couple songs.
